Reflexology in Chester
Welcome to my website!. I have been practising reflexology in Chester for around 12 years, coming from a backgound in nursing and health visiting. Since undertaking my original reflexology training (at the Simon Duncan School of reflexology on the Wirral), I have continued to update my practice to include Indian Head Massage, Thai Foot Massage (
London School of Thai Massage), Hopi Ear Candles, pressure point face massage, and nutritional advice.
My qualifications include full membership of the
Association of Reflexologists and I have recently completed a Diploma in Stress Management which I undertook with
Premier Global, a company that specialises in personal fitness courses.
I am particularly interested in the role that stress plays in general health and well being. Most of the treatments I offer focus on promoting relaxation and reducing the negative effects of stress. A combination of approaches is often used and each treatment is tailor made to the client's needs.
I practice from a quiet treatment room in the Hoole area of Chester which also has easy access to the Wirral and North Wales. The majority of clients come to my premises but occasional home visits can be made within the local area. Generally treatments are on offer for women only but I am able see male friends or relatives of existing clients if I have availability.
Treatments are available Monday to Thursday 9 - 6, and Fridays 9 -4. Saturday appointments are also available most weeks.
TRY A 'TASTER FOR TEN'! Stress buster taster sessions are available all at £10 for a minimum of 30 minutes treatment time. Treatments include reflexology, indian head massage, thai foot massage, and facial massage. A maximum of four treatments are available to each client to enable each therapy to be tried if wished.
