REFLEXOLOGY IN CHESTER, CHESHIRE [email protected]
PLEASE NOTE HOOLE THERAPIES IS GENERALLY CLOSED TO NEW CLIENTS (there is more information regarding this further down the page).
Here at 'HOOLE THERAPIES' in Chester I have been offering reflexology for over 18 years, coming from a backgound in nursing and health visiting. On completing my reflexology training in 1997 (at the Simon Duncan School), I continued to work part time as a nurse whilst building up my reflexology practice mainly in the Chester area, but also attracting clients from the Wirral and North Wales. After about three years, I was able to leave my nursing career behind and concentrate solely on being a reflexologist, working from my premises in Hoole, Chester, where I continue to work to date.
I gained my full membership of the Association of Reflexologists in 1998 and over subsequent years, I continued to complete further training in Indian head massage, Thai foot massage (London School of Thai Massage), nutritional advice and stress management. I have completed two weekends of study with serennaturalfertility to enhance the treatments I offer for couples on their conception journey although vacancies for these sessions are limited at the moment. I am currently studying a 'Mind for Birthing' relaxation course and will soon be offering relaxation and breathing techniques alongside reflexology for pregnant clients.
I am particularly interested in the negative effects of stress on our general health. Therefore most of the sessions I offer focus on promoting relaxation to help improve physical and emotional well being. A combination of approaches is used and can include guided relaxation exercises and lifestyle advice, and each session is tailor made to the client's needs. I welcome clients of all ages, men by referral or gift voucher only.
I practice from a quiet treatment room in the Hoole area of Chester which also has easy access to the Wirral and North Wales. The majority of clients come to my premises but occasional home visits can be made within the local area. There is generally parking available outside my premises during the day and within a minutes walk at busier times.
Information About Treatment Availability
Unfortunately Hoole Therapies is generally closed to new clients due to carer's responsibilities. I do see a small number of regular clients and occasionally have space for someone who might like a 'one off ' treatment. These occasional appointments are available in the daytime only and not in the evenings or at weekends. They often suit women who would like one or two sessions in late pregnancy but anyone is welcome to enquire, whether you are a new or a previous client. In the meantime you can check the Association of Reflexologist's website for a list of registered therapists in the area or go to the last page here for details of colleagues. Many thanks.
Please send all enquiries through the website link (see below for mobile or to the right for desktop version). I do prefer to have a quick telephone chat initially so please always include your number in your email.
For more information please take a few minutes to look at the next few pages. 'Hoole Therapies' also has a new Facebook page with snippets of interesting info!
